How can I get copy of latest runtime? It seems that there are multiple overloads of string.Replace now. We need to find the exact one which we can translate.

won't help, I have latest version and one before that and neither works.
so its not only in the latest runtime, and I can't find a place to download older ones.

I though it had to be 2.0.0-* runtime because its netcoreapp2.0
