HttpClient documentation not containing information about catching timeout exception

Missing information on how to catch timeout exceptions, this information is currently found through a devblog that was released during the development on .NET 5 but cannot find anywhere else.

I'm uncertain if the fundamentals or the HttpClient documentation is the best place for this information, but the information will help distinguish between a timeout and cancellation from the client, and that one actually find out about the timeout.
