When I look at the 2.2.X versions of the Microsoft.AspNetCore.* packages on NuGet.org, they are still NOT marked as deprecated.

Are these still supported, is there are reason why these aren't marked as deprecated?

As I understand it, the .NET Core 2.2 including ASP.NET Core of that era is out of support now (according to official support policy)... But regarding the packages themselves, only versions older than 2.1.0 are deprecated.

I'd like if these packages appeared in the dotnet list packages --deprecated results if they really are out of support.

The same seems to be true for Microsoft.Extensions.* packages... Can anyone please explain?

They are out of support. We're currently working through a process of deprecating NuGet packages, as documented in this announcement. We will eventually get to 2.2 packages, but started with other, less complicated ones.
