Issue Scaffolding Identity source generators.

Description

When I am using Visual Studio 2022 I want to sometimes scaffold Identity pages so that I can override the themes. In my .NET 5 project I go to Root Node Right Click and select New Scaffolding Item, I get dialog with options to overide the files
