The documentation for minimum requirements hasn't been updated for more recent releases. It would be helpful to know a similar set of information for .NET 5.

We should have this information in the docs. Also, considering the release-notes for each version is pretty comprehensive: https://github.com/dotnet/core/tree/main/release-notes/5.0 I think this should also be documented in those places.
