INSTALL STEPS:

1. Clean Win Server 2025 machine.
2. Install the .NET 10.0 RC 2 Hosting bundle from corherent build

Repro Steps

1. Open a normal Command Prompt
2. Run the installer.exe in a command line with "/help" to see the options
   C:\Users\v-xxx\Desktop\dotnet-hosting-10.0.0-rc.2.xxxxxx-win.exe /help

Actual Result
Options are not displayed in paragraphs.

Expect Result
Multiple options can be displayed in paragraphs, like 10.0RC1 Hosting bundle.
