Assert that links work in Functional tests

To avoid issues like this we should Assert that our links are correct (or at least valid) in our functional tests.

@ryanbrandenburg, please spend some time to first confirm whether this is feasible approach. One scenario I think about where this won't work is when an <a href="" id="clickHereLink">Click here</a> tag is wired up with javascript onclick event handler. Not sure we have that though, or not.
