Upload build artifact with build info in 2.1 #49347
Description
Upload a build artifact in the following format:
{ builds: [ { repo:'', branch:'', commit:'' } ] }
(Note - use the internal repo for repo). Dropping this file next to the packages on VSUFilw will allow 2.1 to be included in the auto-merge automation for servicing.
