Support emitting logs when binding fails in code generated endpoints

As we work to add support for various parameter binding scenarios in the request delegate generator, we want to make sure that we emit the same logs to the user that are emitted with the current RDF implementation.

As part of this, we'll also want to respect the RequestDelegateFactoryOptions.ThrowOnBadRequest property.

We're moving this issue to the .NET 8 Planning milestone for future evaluation / consideration. We would like to keep this around to collect more feedback, which can help us with prioritizing this work. We will re-evaluate this issue, during our next planning meeting(s).
