Run group FinallyConventions after conventions for each endpoint within a group #43246
Description
It would be convenient if we could run the final conventions after running the normal conventions for all the endpoints produced by this data source. I don't see any downside to delaying the final conventions a little more, and that way conventions could be made aware of all the endpoints provided by the data source before finalizing any endpoints if they care.
