Investigate participating in SDK workload acquisition for Web

For 6.0, the .NET SDK is looking at splitting up into verticals called "workloads" with an acquisition story around it. At this point it's unclear what needs to be done here, outside of waiting for further instructions from the SDK.

We've moved this issue to the Backlog milestone. This means that it is not going to be worked on for the coming release. This workload doesn't exist yet for .NET 6. Backlogging for now.

Could we close this until; this is a thing? I don't think we would consider doing this unless we have a compelling reason to do so (and being in our backlog wouldn't be it)
