Update ANCM on Antares and verify ANCM symbols are pushed

Per our internal discussion on Friday - it appears that ANCM symbols are not uploaded to internal symbol server. Can we also ensure that Preview builds are included (in case those are omitted).

@n777ty can you provide the file version information for the ANCM DLLs you're trying to get symbols from?

aspnetcorev2.dll and aspnetcorev2_outofprocess.dll with file version: 13.0.19218.0
aspnetcore.dll with file version: 12.2.18346.1
