Remove connection adapters #11402
Description
We want to finally drop connection adapters from the pubternal surface of Kestrel. The remaining work after https://github.com/aspnet/AspNetCore/pull/11109/files is to convert the connection logging adapter and remove the logic from the HttpConnection.
