Tests hitting https://encrypted.google.com/ are failing with:

System.Net.WebException : net_servererror, 429, Too Many Requests

Change to a Microsoft domain (https://dotnet.microsoft.com/) that hopefully won't get rate limited. 🤷‍♂️
