Context: dotnet/java-interop#211 For Windows to set `ANDROID_SDK_PATH` for the Java.Interop unit tests, we need to pass `$(AndroidSdkDirectory)` through. Otherwise a few tests get skipped in Xamarin.Android.Tools.Bytecode-Tests.dll.
