Update WASM+Entra groups and roles article

Description

Turns out that I'll leave the server-side guidance in place because it addresses controller access to Entra groups and roles, which is helpful in a WASM + [web API with Entra] context.

• Update the code examples.
• Update the MS Graph article code examples, too.
