1-1 PMs with only drafts

As an option for PMs, we could only send drafts, clearing them on enter.

This would mean that you would only be able to have the private conversation if you're there, live

So we could maybe show an "online" icon if the window is focused, and the reply bar is focused, to discourage people from looking away?
