To avoid employing SSL certificates in NGINX and gunicorn we need to make them communicate over unix socket and not over TCP port. PBENCH-1139

To avoid employing SSL certificates in both NGINX and Gunicorn we need to make them communicate over a Unix socket and not over TCP port.
