What happened?

getting this error upon typing oco command on the terminal:

Expected Behavior

punycode module should be upgraded in the project if its being used

will be fixes in the next release

This was fixed in the 3.2.3 release but it was fixed in the js files in the "out" folder, so the issue came back after the next build.
