Create resource selection modal

This modal appears after selecting the "Add Resource" button (the big plus button)

• It should be scrollable and should have a list of resources available based on the currently selected provider.
• Each resource should include a simplified name (e.g. EC2 -> Server/Virtual Machine) and a description which could be taken from the wiki (please update wiki if you make additions).
• When a resource is clicked, the modal should close and the resource configuration modal (Create resource configuration modal #193) should open in its place.
