Visual indicator for multi-card

This has three main parts to it:

• Indicate the number of resource cards within the multi-card stack
• Indicate the multi-card visually by having multiple cards behind it
• Determine what to show on the front card (name of first resource? Something else? This might depend on Logic for grouping cards #190)
