[LIMA-2025] update logo sponsor

This pull request updates sponsorship information for the Los Angeles 2023 event and adds a new sponsor profile. The most important changes include updating the sponsor ID for "Port" and creating a new sponsor data file.

Updates to sponsorship information:

• data/events/2023/los-angeles/main.yml: Changed the sponsor ID for "Port" to port-before-20250722 to reflect updated naming conventions.

Addition of sponsor profile:

• data/sponsors/port-before-20250722.yml: Added a new sponsor data file for "Port," including its name, URL, and Twitter handle.

👋 This appears to have worked properly—thanks for the new PR.

I can't find any history of the soaint sponsor being used outside of Lima 2025. In that case, you don't need use the change sponsor logo, since there's no history to rewrite.

tl;dr you only need to use the script for port, and the soaint logo can just be replaced. :)
