Update all references from open-amt-cloud-toolkit to device-management-toolkit, so that our repositories, packages, scripts, and documentation remain consistent and correctly aligned with the new organization name.

• Publish Go package
  • go-wsman-messages
• Update Kubernetes scripts with the new organization name.
• Update Docker Hub images to reflect the new organization.
• Revise documentation to use Device Management Toolkit consistently.
