As per our discussion on Twitter a little while ago, there were issues using
preact7.x with the current version ofpreact-cycleand it affected the compatibility of thepreact/devtools.This bumps the
preactdependency version to "latest" and should hopefully avoid double loadingpreact4.xand7.xin projects wherepreactandpreact-cycleis used.
