This PR changes the local testing method to docker by default, making the tests significantly faster to execute.

This also fixes #63.

Awesome @rndmh3ro Do you think we should activate the docker testing via travis?

@chris-rock, I started testing with docker and travis. Take a look at the commit-count in the mysql-hardening docker-branch: https://github.com/dev-sec/ansible-mysql-hardening/commits/docker2

It's really difficult to get all the tests to run on all operating systems: https://travis-ci.org/dev-sec/ansible-mysql-hardening/builds/135291033
I'm running into various problems here. Feel free to try and run all operating systems in travis+docker, though! (Maybe create a new issue, so other people can help!)
