No mention of the Reasonable System for CSS Stylesheet Structure

The RSCSS webbook has been very valuable to me and would also be to others I presume. Should it be a part of the « CSS Styleguides »?

By glancing through it I'm not seeing much theory about what makes scalable CSS. Am I missing something?
