PR created automatically by Jules for task 1246628256588169584 started by @loleg

This commit introduces a new team matching feature that allows users to opt-in to a matching process to find teammates for hackathons.

The feature includes:
- A new screen at /user/match where users can opt-in to the matching process, view their profile completeness, and see recommended teammates.
- A new UserMatch model to store user matches.
- A CLI command `match_users` that iterates through all opted-in users, finds random matches for each, stores them in the UserMatch table, and sends notification emails.
- A "Create Project with Team" feature on the matching screen that allows users to create a new project with their recommended teammates and send them an invitation email.
- Email notifications for both match recommendations and project invitations.
- An update to the navigation to include a link to the new matching screen in the user profile dropdown menu.
