Broken link included in "Publishing Tabular Data" guide

In the guide https://datahub.io/docs/data-packages/publish-tabular there is a broken link in section 3 (Option 1: Use the online datapackage.json creator tool )

It should be checked actual status http://datapackagist.okfnlabs.org/ and if it won't become online again, replace to another reference
