"Can Dart add tuples?" - already exists now

Describe the problem

The Dart FAQ has a section

Q. Can Dart add tuples, partial evaluation, ...?

But Dart now has this in the form of records.

Expected fix

Maybe this question could be reworded to cite a different language feature that doesn't yet exist and thus can be added in the future.

It seems like you replaced one already-existing feature by another already-existing feature (replacing tuples by pattern matching). OK, pattern matching is only partially there (dart-lang/language#3001) but even still, it is strange to pick this rather than a feature that outright doesn't exist.

I guess other people will review the PR, but I'll go and add a couple of comments on it.

This also fixed the fact that partial evaluation is not the same as partial application, the latter of which was likely what was meant.
