(though learn.knockoutjs.com is probably much easier to understand than .NET data binding)

In both cases it is addon libraries so you can probably do better intergartion since your language syntax is not yet as frozen

Databinding with knockoutjs is very cool and helps client programmers very much.

It should be declarative with the html tag attribute "data-bind" as it is the case in knockoutjs.

Dart should be able to work with knockoutjs style databinding declarations.

Dart is not a domain specific language, nor is it intended to be a huge kitchen-sink one. This sort of thing can be supported in libraries.

It should be supported in libraries. This just shows that libraries are extensions of programming languages. In my opinion high level programming is mainly using libraries. The core programming language becomes less and less important if corresponding libraries are available. If dart wants to replace javascript libraries will be of essential importance.

A powerful (Xaml-type) data binding engine will open dart top in the hears of all .Net developers.

I know many .net teams that would switch their web effort to dart in a heartbeat if they see a powerful data binding (like in xaml, not NockoutJs) library, to switch all we applications to Dart.
