@devoncarew, my understanding is that the work associated with this issue is exactly the work which is being organized around the spreadsheet 'constructor-tearoffs', e.g., in the tab 'Failures by test'. Perhaps we should close this issue because it's not doing anything other than asking us to check that this spreadsheet tab is empty before release?
