Not able to launch application from Dart editor

As per the instruction given in the web, I downloaded the Dart Editor and installed locally (Windows XP). After I started the editor I created one project using the given samples.

But I could not run the application. Any clue? I am getting the following error,

org.eclipse.core.runtime.CoreException: Failure to launch - unable to generate JavaScript for sunflower.html.
