Run button should not have been enabled when HTML file not found

Open the Clock sample as distributed with the build (not the one from SVN).
The Clock.html file is not found.
The Run button is enabled even though the app cannot be run.

Apparently yesterday's build was bad. Clock.html is found with today's build.

Still, the Run button should not have been enabled; I'm dropping the priority but leaving the bug open.

There was some discussion about making the Run button give instructions on how to make a program runnable when it is not currently runnable. That's a great alternative to disabling the Run button.
