Library names are not updated until editor re-open

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. File, New Application
2. Select 'dart:code'
3. File New File

-> Creates a new library (see Issue #132)

Changing the name of the library by changing the library definition string in the dart file doesn't cause a change to propagate to the LHS until the editor is closed and reopened.
