NPE in file save in editor

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create an application
2. Close the editor
3. Delete the file on the disk
4. Open the application in the editor
5. Type some text
6. File Save => Null Pointer Exception

Luke, could not reproduce the problem. Would like to get some more details.

1. Delete the file on the disk - Sample.dart? (created in step 1)
2. Open the application in the editor - How do you do this? When I deleted the file and opened editor, the application did not show up in the Libraries view.
