Confusing log message when package analysis hasn't happened yet. #9128

https://pub.dev/packages/<package>/score/log.txt, shows: no log - current version status: PackageVersionStatus.completed.
This leaks implementation details, and is not really understandable. What does completed mean here if there's no log?
Would be great if we could indicate analysis has not happened yet, and also if it has been scheduled or not (old versions would not be analyzed, so nice to indicate that).
