Consider a "pedantic" clean vanity badge

Follow-up from #459 (comment), it would be cool to tag packages that lint cleanly with style pedantic in the publang "analysis" tab.

Maybe something like the badge we're using in the linter rule docs?:

It's also already, for example, displayed on Supported Lint Rules page.

pub.dev scores under its 'maintenance' score for the package whether you follow 'pedantic' lints. So there kind of already is a badge :)

Oh, hadn't realized I'm commenting on pana rather than pedantic. Of course, this package, pana, is where that linting and scoring for pub.dev happens :D
