CCDC 22-23 Repo Pre-Freeze

They're being very confusing with the Pr-competition Repository freeze procedure this year. From what we've been told we should be able to make modifications after today, but communications haven't been clear; hence the name of this release.

Mostly minor changes, nothing super major. We don't have enough time to do anything big when we have to stop working on it so far out :(
