Starting here a PR to add how to run HCPpipeline on the CECI cluster. I would just keep the structure we have and modify the relevant parts.
I copy pasted the doc file and the slurm file from fmriprep part.
I would implement the bids version of HCPpipeleines. I will give you a tour on how to viz the docs locally (there is some doc on this repo in the
how to contributepage).
