指示器问题

指示器无法设置居右居左，只能上下

SimpleSliderLayout是继承自RelativeLayout，所以指示器可以放在SimpleSliderLayout里面，尝试一下下面的布局：

CirclePageIndicator这个圆的指示器没问题， <net.cpacm.library.SimpleSliderLayout

这种指示器下面是不行的

LinePageIndicator指示器如果在接口异步回调之后再设置值，他是还不能够居右，给他设置值是在主线程中的

异步回调后再设置指示器的话，需要重新添加属性

RelativeLayout.LayoutParams layoutParams = (RelativeLayout.LayoutParams) linePageIndicator.getLayoutParams();
layoutParams.addRule(RelativeLayout.ALIGN_PARENT_RIGHT);
linePageIndicator.setLayoutParams(layoutParams);

最好是生成指示器后直接绑定viewpager
