What this PR does:
As agreed during last Cortex community meeting, in this PR I'm moving Cassandra support and the blocks storage out of the experimental phase. I've removed all
-experimentalCLI flags prefixes related to blocks storage (Cassandra didn't have it) and updated the documentation. I've also looked for anyexperimentalreference in the whole repository (excludingvendor/) and I should have left nothing related to Cassandra or the blocks storage.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
