CLI screenshots will not be updated on Github Pages

Description

The workflow generate_cli_screenshots.yml (#1122) re-generates the CLI screenshots after any merged pull request. But since its not linked with the docspublish.yml those images won't reflect on Github Pages.

Current behavior

Images on https://github.com/commitizen-tools/commitizen/tree/master/docs/images/cli_help will not match with images on Github Pages since the workflows are not linked.

Desired behavior

Images on https://github.com/commitizen-tools/commitizen/tree/master/docs/images/cli_help needs to match with images on Github Pages.
