FunctionClauseError from fsm dependency #138

We've run into this error twice, once a month ago and again today. It's a low priority, but I just wanted to let you know.
(FunctionClauseError) no function clause matching in EventStore.Subscriptions.SubscriptionFsm.transition/3
It happened both times within about 100 milliseconds in 3 different subscribers (no one subscriber is in both groups).
Sorry, I can't give you much more detail as the error message got truncated and I don't know the args for transition.
