Extends the core Comfy.SnapToGrid behavior for nodes to apply to LiteGraph's LGraphGroup with the same behavior. Also, pulls out redundant rounding code into util function.

When comfyanonymous/ComfyUI#3393 is applied, this would be required for always snapping groups as well.

Extends the core Comfy.SnapToGrid behavior that exists for nodes to apply to LiteGraph's LGraphGroup with the same behavior (ghost on move, snap on move-end and resizing).
Also, pulls out redundant rounding code into util function.
