Rework documentation with installation instructions #2674
Description
Not all installation method mentioned in the documentation install a mill script which is able to start the configured Mill version. E.g. brew install mill seems to install the mill assembly jar, which is fixed to a specific version and not able to adapt to different Mill versions.
