Finalize UI mockups for Partner pages

This should probably be started first, as it might require a little bit of back-and-forth with Design and Product.

Back when we had plans to do other work with an outside contracting company, they had created some UI mockups for user profile pages. Those pages were designed with the assumption that they would be backed by a full database, and wouldn't have much static logic at all.

Our contract with them has ended early, but we believe that we can reappropriate the mockups for the new Partner pages that we'll need. Before any new major frontend work starts for the Registry, we'll want to make sure that all stakeholders are happy with the design.

Things to consider

• What data/fields to display, and whether we require any changes to the README schema
• Making sure that there are no obvious accessibility issues

Update: I went ahead and did some broad updates to the UI, which you can find in this Figma doc. It's been shared with Rachel, and she said she'd be able to find time to review/make suggestions sometime this week

Not 100% sure what the correct status is for the board, since while Design is working on it, it should hopefully be mostly review. Went ahead and dropped it in the Review column
