Add eslint-plugin-astro to eslint-8 plugin list

## Actual Behavior
Currently when using the astro plugin its not retrieved

## Expected Behavior
Being able to use the `eslint-plugin-astro` with codeclimate-eslint, can this possible be added? Thank you!
