COVIDcast distinguishes between values for "nation" and "state" geo_types. Previously, we treated all 2-letter geo-types as type "state", which resulted in NA values for geo_value "us", which represents national data.
This change allows us to treat "us" separately, resulting in 2 additional objects (one for national case scores and one for national death scores).
