This simple PR updates the minimum required Socket dependency to ensure these features are always available here:

Support Unix Domain Sockets (UDS) again (Update Socket to support HTTP over Unix domain sockets (UDS) reactphp/http-client#110)
Work around sending secure HTTPS requests with PHP < 7.1.4 (Update Socket to work around sending secure HTTPS requests with PHP < 7.1.4 reactphp/http-client#109)
Support hosts file on all platforms (Update Socket dependency to support hosts file on all platforms reactphp/http-client#108)

Resolves / closes #82
