Disabling cider-mode doesn't turn off the dynamic font-locking

The title basically says it all. We need to reset the clojure-mode font-locking config if we turn off cider-mode.

Probably the same applies for dynamic indentation.

Turns out we never really disabled cider-mode. :-P
